Align With Wealth: Guided Hypnosis for Limiting Money Beliefs
What If Your Beliefs About Money Are No Longer Serving You?
Have you ever stopped to consider where your beliefs about money came from?
Perhaps you grew up hearing things like:
"You have to work hard to make money."
"Money is the root of all evil."
"Rich people are greedy."
"There's never enough."
Or maybe you've told yourself, "I'm just not good with money."
Most of us didn't sit down one day and carefully decide what we wanted to believe about money.
We absorbed messages from the people around us.
We watched how our families handled money.
We experienced financial challenges, observed other people's successes and struggles, and drew conclusions about how the world works.
And some of those conclusions may still be influencing us today.
But what was true for someone else, or even for an earlier version of you, doesn't necessarily have to remain true now.
That's what we'll explore in this free guided hypnosis session.
FREE GUIDED HYPNOSIS | Approximately 46 Minutes
How Do Subconscious Money Beliefs Develop?
From a very young age, we're learning about money.
We notice whether our parents worry about bills, whether spending money creates arguments, whether wealthy people are admired or criticized, and whether financial success seems possible or out of reach.
Sometimes we're taught directly.
Other times, nobody says anything at all. We simply observe what's happening and make sense of it as best we can.
Those experiences can influence how we think and feel about earning, spending, saving, receiving, and managing money.
For example, someone who learned that earning money requires struggle may feel uncomfortable when an opportunity comes along that seems too easy.
Someone who associates wealth with greed may have mixed feelings about becoming financially successful.
And someone who has experienced financial setbacks may begin believing they're simply incapable of managing money well.
But beliefs are not necessarily facts.
They're conclusions we've learned to accept as true. And conclusions can be reconsidered.
When we begin examining where our beliefs came from and whether they still make sense, we create opportunities to think and respond differently.

What You'll Experience During This Session
In this guided hypnosis experience, I'll invite you to relax, turn your attention inward, and explore several common beliefs about money.
Rather than simply repeating positive affirmations, we'll examine the reasoning behind those beliefs and consider alternatives.

1
Challenging Old Money Beliefs
We'll explore ideas such as:
-
Making money always requires hard work and sacrifice.
-
Wanting money is selfish or greedy.
-
Money is inherently good or evil.
-
There isn't enough money to go around.
-
Financial success means sacrificing your personal life.
-
Past financial mistakes mean you're bad with money.
-
Becoming successful will cause other people to judge or resent you.
For each belief, I'll present a different perspective and invite you to consider whether your old assumptions still make sense.
Exploring Your Own Money Story
Where did your beliefs come from?
Were they passed down by parents or other influential people?
Did they develop through experiences you had earlier in life?
You'll have an opportunity to consider which beliefs belong to your past and which ones you'd prefer to carry forward.
I'll guide you through a symbolic exercise where you imagine returning beliefs that no longer serve you to the people or experiences they came from.
Then we'll use another visualization to create space for the beliefs you'd prefer to develop.

Creating Your Own Empowering Beliefs
Rather than simply accepting whatever I suggest, you'll be encouraged to choose ideas that feel appropriate for you.
Perhaps you'd like to believe that:
-
You can earn money doing work you enjoy.
-
Financial success can support your relationships and personal freedom.
-
Money is a tool you can use to create positive experiences.
-
You're capable of learning new financial skills.
-
Your past doesn't have to determine your financial future.
The goal is to begin developing a relationship with money that supports the life you want to create.
Ending With Gratitude
We'll finish with an exercise designed to help you recognize and appreciate the resources, opportunities, and positive experiences already present in your life.
Gratitude isn't about pretending everything is perfect.
It's about deliberately paying attention to what's going well, even while you're working toward something more.
And sometimes, changing what we're paying attention to can change what we notice and what possibilities we're willing to explore.

Are You Learning Hypnotherapy?
Discover How to Use Hypnotic Arguments to Challenge Limiting Beliefs
If you're a hypnotherapy student or practitioner, this recording offers an opportunity to hear one of the techniques I teach through Whole Brain Hypnotherapy.
A hypnotic argument is different from simply telling someone what you'd like them to believe.
Instead, we present information and reasoning that gives the subconscious an opportunity to reconsider an existing belief.
For example, if someone believes that earning money always requires suffering, simply suggesting that money comes easily may not be particularly convincing.
But what happens when we explore examples of people who earn money doing things they genuinely enjoy?
Or when we consider that many people work extremely hard and still struggle financially?
Suddenly, the original belief may not seem quite so absolute.
In this session, you'll hear me use this approach to address several common money beliefs.
You'll also hear symbolic imagery, opportunities for subconscious participation, and suggestions designed to encourage the listener to think for themselves.
Of course, this is a general recording. When working with an individual client, I would want to understand their particular experiences and beliefs so the hypnotic arguments could be tailored specifically to them.
That's an important part of learning to think like a hypnotherapist rather than simply follow a script.
