Root Chakra Balancing: Guided Hypnosis & Meditation
Feel Grounded, Connected, and Supported
Have you ever felt as though you're going through life without solid ground beneath your feet?
Perhaps you're worrying about the future, feeling disconnected from yourself, or having difficulty feeling settled and secure.
In traditional chakra teachings, these experiences are associated with the root chakra, the energy center connected with safety, stability, belonging, and our relationship with the physical world.
I've created this free guided hypnosis session to help you explore those qualities through relaxation, imagination, and a variety of traditional chakra-balancing practices.
Free Guided Hypnosis Session | Approximately 44 Minutes
Understanding Your Root Chakra
The root chakra, also known as Muladhara, is traditionally located at the base of the spine.
It's considered the foundation of the chakra system and is associated with:
-
Safety and security
-
Stability and grounding
-
Our connection to the physical world
-
Family, belonging, and support
-
Trust in ourselves and our ability to meet life's challenges
-
Our relationship with material needs and abundance
In chakra traditions, red is the color associated with this energy center, and LAM is its traditional seed mantra.
The idea behind root chakra balancing is to strengthen your sense of connection to yourself, your body, and the world around you.
You don't have to be familiar with chakras to enjoy this session. You can simply experience it as a relaxing guided journey designed around grounding and stability.

What You'll Experience During This Session
We'll begin with gentle hypnosis to help you relax, focus your attention, and become more aware of your inner experience.
From there, I'll guide you through a series of exercises, including:
-
Red-light visualization: Imagining warm, vibrant red light surrounding and nourishing your root chakra.
-
Traditional mantra practice: Listening to or mentally repeating LAM.
-
A peaceful nature journey: Using your imagination and senses to explore a setting where you feel comfortable and connected.
-
Movement visualization: Imagining yourself dancing, stomping your feet, and strengthening your body.
-
Growing roots: Visualizing roots extending from your feet deep into the earth, creating a sense of stability.
-
Positive suggestions and affirmations: Exploring ideas related to safety, belonging, confidence, and abundance.
-
Inner guidance: Taking some quiet time to notice any thoughts, images, or insights that arise.
The session also incorporates music and subliminal suggestions created around traditional root chakra themes.
Throughout the experience, you're encouraged to participate in whatever way feels right for you.
Ready to Begin?
Find somewhere comfortable where you can relax without being interrupted.
Headphones are recommended, especially if you'd like to enjoy the music and quieter portions of the experience.
You can sit or lie down, whichever feels most comfortable.
There's nothing you need to force or accomplish. Simply follow along, use your imagination, and allow yourself to enjoy the experience.
You can return to this session whenever you'd like to spend some time relaxing, grounding yourself, or exploring the traditional qualities associated with the root chakra.
Are You Learning Hypnotherapy?
Discover How Hypnosis Can Be Used in Spiritual and Energetic Work
If you're a hypnotherapy student or practitioner, you may find this recording interesting for another reason.
It demonstrates how traditional hypnosis techniques can be adapted to work with subjects that aren't typically covered in conventional hypnotherapy scripts.
During this session, you'll hear me use focused attention, hypnotic suggestions, visualization, sensory imagery, and opportunities for subconscious participation.
The subject happens to be chakra balancing, but many of the techniques you'll hear can be adapted to other goals and experiences.
One of the things I emphasize in Whole Brain Hypnotherapy is that learning hypnosis isn't simply about collecting scripts.
It's about understanding what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how to adapt your approach to the person or goal you're working with.
