Why You Still Feel Stuck Class.png

Why Do We Keep Doing Things We Don't Want to Do?

Have you ever wondered why some habits seem impossible to break?

Why anxiety keeps returning, even when you know there's nothing to worry about?

Why confidence disappears just when you need it most?

Or why two people can experience the same event and develop completely different responses?

Most people focus on the symptom.

I look for the reason behind it.

Our subconscious minds are constantly learning from our experiences, forming beliefs and associations that influence how we think, feel, and behave.

Sometimes those responses made sense when they developed, but they're no longer helpful today.

In this free live class, I'll show you how to look beneath the symptom and begin understanding what the subconscious may have learned.

You may never look at yourself, or other people, quite the same way again.

This Isn't Just Another Lecture

I don't want you to simply listen to me talk about the subconscious mind. I want you to experience what it's like to think differently about human behavior.

During our time together, we'll explore real-life examples, look for clues, and work through cases much like detectives trying to solve a mystery.

You'll even have an opportunity to explore one of your own experiences using the same framework I use with my hypnotherapy clients.

And don't worry. There's no pressure to share anything personal.

You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable.

No prior knowledge needed. Just bring your curiosity!

Every Symptom Has a Story

Most people ask, "What's wrong with me?"

I ask a different question.

"What did the subconscious learn that made this response seem like a good idea?"

When I work with clients, I'm a little bit detective.

I'm looking for clues. What experiences shaped their beliefs? What associations did their subconscious make? Was it trying to protect them from something?

Sometimes a response that seems completely irrational today makes perfect sense when we understand where it came from.

Then I become a little bit lawyer.

Once I understand what the subconscious learned, I build what I call a hypnotic argument.

Rather than simply repeating positive suggestions, I present information and evidence that can help the subconscious recognize that circumstances have changed.

What made sense back then may not make sense anymore.

And when the subconscious has new information, it has an opportunity to respond differently.

That's the kind of thinking I'll introduce you to in this class.

Is This Class for You?

You don't need to be a hypnotherapist or know anything about hypnosis to enjoy this class.

It's for anyone who's curious about why we think, feel, and behave the way we do.

You might enjoy this class if you:

  • Keep repeating patterns you don't understand.

  • Wonder why certain fears, habits, or emotional responses are so difficult to change.

  • Have tried different approaches but still feel stuck.

  • Are fascinated by the subconscious mind and human behavior.

  • Are considering a career in hypnotherapy.

  • Already practice hypnosis and want to learn how to look beyond symptoms.

This isn't a sales presentation disguised as a webinar.

And it isn't about memorizing scripts, forcing positive thinking, or convincing you that hypnosis works.

My goal is much simpler.

I want you to leave understanding yourself and other people a little differently than when you arrived.

Meet Your Instructor, Linda Sevilla

I've been helping people understand and change subconscious patterns through hypnotherapy since 1999, and teaching hypnotherapy since 2004.

Over the years, I've worked with thousands of clients dealing with anxiety, confidence issues, fears, habits, relationship challenges, and all kinds of patterns they couldn't seem to change.

One thing I've learned is that two people can have the same symptom for completely different reasons.

That's why I developed Whole Brain Hypnotherapy, an approach that looks beyond the symptom to understand the beliefs, experiences, and associations that may be driving it.

I love helping people make those connections. There's something wonderful about that moment when something that never made sense suddenly does.

Whether you're curious about your own patterns or considering learning hypnotherapy, I'd love to share this way of thinking with you.

I hope you'll join me!
